【性狀】本品為白色片。
【鑒別】
(1) 取本品的細(xì)粉適量，(約相當(dāng)于1片量)，加水5ml溶解，濾過，取濾液2ml，置磁皿中，加鹽酸1ml與lv酸鉀0.1g，在水浴上蒸干，將磁皿覆在盛有氨試液數(shù)滴的另一器皿上，殘?jiān)达@紫色。
(2) 取以上濾液少許，加水5ml，加三氯化鐵試液，即發(fā)生赭色沉淀。
【檢查】應(yīng)符合片劑項(xiàng)下有關(guān)的各項(xiàng)規(guī)定。
【適應(yīng)癥】
主要用于：
1.解救因感染中毒、催眠藥、麻醉藥、鎮(zhèn)痛藥中毒引起的呼吸、循環(huán)衰竭。
2.與溴化物合用，使大腦皮層的興奮、抑制過程恢復(fù)平衡，用于神經(jīng)官能癥。
3.與乙酰水楊酸制成復(fù)方制劑，用于一般性頭痛。
