軍團桿菌,系需氧革蘭氏陰性桿菌,以嗜肺軍團菌zui易致病?,F(xiàn)已提出了超過30種軍團桿菌,至少19種是人類肺炎的病原。其中zui常見病原體為嗜肺軍團菌(占病例的85%~90%),其次是L.micdadei(占5%~10%),再次是L.bozemanii和L.dumoffii.此類細菌形態(tài)相似,具有共同的生化特征,引起類似疾病。
軍團菌病是由軍團菌屬細菌引起的臨床綜合征。1976年美國費城召開退伍軍人大會時暴發(fā)流行而得名。病原菌主要來自土壤和污水,由空氣傳播,自呼吸道侵入。臨床表現(xiàn)類似肺炎。
主要用途:用于檢測尿樣中嗜肺軍團菌血清型1抗原,以支持軍團菌感染的診斷。

軍團菌藏在空調(diào)中
軍團病為什么會在退伍軍人中暴發(fā)流行呢?為了弄清軍團病是怎樣傳播的,費城的流行病學專家對當時疾病的流行進行了詳細的調(diào)查。
他們發(fā)現(xiàn),軍團病不存在人→人的傳播方式,因為與病人密切接觸的人,甚至住在同房間的人中無一人被傳染。盡管大會提供了兩次會餐,但大多數(shù)進餐者未發(fā)病,而沒有進餐者卻生了病。同時也找不到因水源、飲料或啤酒引起疾病的證據(jù)??茖W家們又想到了吸煙,可是吸煙和不吸煙的人都有發(fā)病,而未見當?shù)匚N牌子的吸煙人中有發(fā)病現(xiàn)象。由于當時是夏季,科學家們自然考慮到疾病的流行是否與昆蟲叮咬有關(guān)。但病人都反映未被昆蟲叮咬,甚至沒有接觸過鳥類和哺乳動物,也未接收共同的禮品或紀念品。
是什么原因引起的疾病流行呢?科學家開始對參會代表的居住環(huán)境進行了調(diào)查。大會代表分別住在當?shù)氐腁、B、C三個旅館里,大會總部設(shè)在A旅館,從病例人群分布和大會活動情況分析,發(fā)病者多是到過A旅館的前廳和第14樓招待室,或者從這兩個地方走過。這說明,這兩個地方的空氣中有共同的致病菌。
那么,空氣中的病菌又是哪里來的呢?又經(jīng)過一番調(diào)查,人們終于發(fā)現(xiàn),這些致病菌藏在旅館的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)中。
軍團病流行有特定原因
軍團病易發(fā)季節(jié)多集中在夏末秋初。軍團菌是一種在自然界中抵抗力很強的細菌,它主要在水中生存,在河水、溪水、湖水、池塘水中都可以分離到這種細菌。軍團菌的生命能力也很強,在自來水中能生存1年以上。因此,它經(jīng)常污染空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的水、水塔水、沐浴噴頭,甚至污染礦泉水。1997年-1999年,我國的流行病專家調(diào)查了14家四星級以上的飯店,結(jié)果在85.7%的空調(diào)冷卻塔中檢測出軍團菌。

Legionella disease has a specific reason
Legionnaires disease season more concentrated in late summer and early autumn. Legionella is a highly resistant bacterium in nature that lives predominantly in water and can be isolated in rivers, streams, lakes and pond waters. Legionella is also very strong in life and can survive in tap water for more than one year. Therefore, it often pollutes air-conditioning system water, water tower, shower nozzle, and even contaminated mineral water. From 1997 to 1999, epidemiologists in our country surveyed 14 hos with four or more stars, resulting in the detection of Legionella bacteria in 85.7% of air-conditioning cooling towers.
