神經(jīng)元的胞體(soma)在于腦和脊髓的灰質(zhì)及神經(jīng)節(jié)內(nèi),其形態(tài)各異,常見的形態(tài)為星形、錐體形、梨形和圓球形狀等。胞體大小不一,直徑在5~150μm(微米)之間。胞體是神經(jīng)元的代謝和營養(yǎng)中心。(l)細(xì)胞膜:胞體的胞膜和突起表面的膜,是連續(xù)完整的細(xì)胞膜。除突觸部位的胞膜有特異的結(jié)構(gòu)外,大部分胞膜為單位膜結(jié)構(gòu)。神經(jīng)細(xì)胞膜的特點是一個敏感而易興奮的膜,在膜上有各種受體和離子通道,二者各由不同的膜蛋白所構(gòu)成。形成突觸部分的細(xì)胞膜增厚。膜上受體可與相應(yīng)的病毒學(xué)物質(zhì)神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)結(jié)合。當(dāng)受體與乙酰膽堿遞質(zhì)或γ-氨基丁酸遞質(zhì)結(jié)合時,膜的離子通透性及膜內(nèi)外電位差發(fā)生改變,胞膜產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的生理活動:興奮或抑制。
(2)細(xì)胞核:多位于神經(jīng)細(xì)胞體中央,大而圓,異染色質(zhì)少,多位于核膜內(nèi)側(cè),常染色質(zhì)多,散在于核的中部,故著色淺,核仁l~2個,大而明顯。細(xì)胞變性時,核多移向周邊而偏位。
(3)細(xì)胞質(zhì):位于核的周圍,又稱核周體,其中含有發(fā)達(dá)的高爾基復(fù)合體、滑面內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng),豐富的線粒體、尼氏體及神經(jīng)原纖維,還含有溶酶體、脂褐素等結(jié)構(gòu)。具有分泌功能的神經(jīng)元,胞質(zhì)內(nèi)還含有分泌顆粒,如位于下丘腦的一些神經(jīng)元。
