神經(jīng)原纖維變性或神經(jīng)原纖維纏結(jié)(neurofibrillary tangles):神經(jīng)原纖維變粗在胞核周圍凝結(jié)卷曲呈纏結(jié) 狀。鍍銀染色為陽(yáng)性,電鏡下為直徑7-10nm雙螺旋微絲成份,此乃神經(jīng)元趨向死亡的一種標(biāo)志。除常見(jiàn)于 Alzheimer病外,也見(jiàn)于Parkinson病等。
① 黑素細(xì)胞(melanocyte)來(lái)源于外胚葉的神經(jīng)嵴、具有合成黑色素的作用。其胞漿透明,核較小深染。黑素細(xì)胞位于基底細(xì)胞層。約8~10個(gè)基底細(xì)胞間有一個(gè)黑素細(xì)胞。黑素細(xì)胞的數(shù)目隨身體部位的不同而異,而且在紫外線反復(fù)照射后可以增多。黑素就是通過(guò)黑素細(xì)胞的樹(shù)枝狀突輸送到基底細(xì)胞內(nèi)。
②朗格漢斯細(xì)胞(Langerhanˊs cells)大多位于棘層中上層、胞漿透明。這種細(xì)胞來(lái)源于骨髓,具有吞噬細(xì)胞功能,能攝取、加工并遞呈抗原,將其帶至淋巴結(jié)的免疫反應(yīng)區(qū)域,激活淋巴細(xì)胞。病毒此它是表皮內(nèi)主要的抗原遞呈細(xì)胞。單克隆抗體CDla及免疫熒光或免疫細(xì)胞病毒學(xué)技術(shù)是觀察此種細(xì)胞的方法。在電鏡下胞漿內(nèi)有特征性的伯貝克顆粒,故與黑素細(xì)胞可以區(qū)別。
③ 未定型細(xì)胞(indeterminate cell)常位于表皮下層,其特點(diǎn)是沒(méi)有黑素體及朗格漢斯顆粒。此種細(xì)胞可能分病毒為朗格漢斯細(xì)胞,也可能是黑素細(xì)胞前身。
