6q探針
6q長臂缺失是淋巴細(xì)胞惡性增殖疾病中zui為常見的異常,也是淋巴瘤中zui為常見的異常。6q缺失在B-CLL中約占6%,在多種腫瘤包括慢性淋巴細(xì)胞白血?。–LL)中意味著預(yù)后差。目前發(fā)現(xiàn)6q中zui短的缺失片段僅有2M,位于6q21區(qū)域。這種大小的缺失片段用常規(guī)核型分析檢測不出。SEC63基因位于6q21區(qū)域中。用FISH方法能對這一片段缺失進行檢測,可用于指導(dǎo)臨床進行預(yù)后判斷和治療方案的選擇。
本試劑盒主要用于白血病的6q的檢測,里面包括即用型雜交液和DAPI復(fù)染劑。
