近代，兩國文化也有交流。100多年前，許多中國人來到拉美、來到秘魯。如今秘魯有幸成為拉美華人占比zui多的國家，華人占秘魯總?cè)丝诘?0%。因此，在秘魯形成了一種*文化——華裔文化，這是兩國文明融合、交流的產(chǎn)物。

在秘魯，大街小巷隨處可見寫著“CHIFA”的店面，意思是中餐館，這個(gè)名字來自粵語“食飯”。我們有句俗語，每個(gè)秘魯城市的中心廣場一定有四個(gè)建筑：jingcha局、市政府、教堂和中餐館。秘魯有著世界的美食，*米其林餐廳中有許多都在秘魯。為什么我們的餐飲業(yè)如此發(fā)達(dá)？因?yàn)槲覀兾×撕芏嘀胁团腼兊慕?jīng)驗(yàn)技巧。

還有音樂，如今有一些秘魯?shù)囊魳芳覈L試用中國樂器去演奏秘魯?shù)慕?jīng)典曲目，看起來這是一種創(chuàng)新，但其實(shí)秘魯有很多傳統(tǒng)樂器與中國傳統(tǒng)樂器相似，兩國音樂間的交流其實(shí)早有淵源。

因此，如今我們提到秘中加強(qiáng)合作，是根植于文化合作基礎(chǔ)之上的合作，兩國的交流不僅是外交、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的交流，還有兩國人民心與心的交流。我們應(yīng)重視民間合作和交流，豐富交流的形式，并努力創(chuàng)造新的合作機(jī)制。

There are music. Nowadays, some musicians in Peru try to play the classical music of Peru with Chinese musical instruments. It looks like an innovation. But there are many traditional instruments in Peru, which are similar to Chinese traditional musical instruments.

Therefore, now we mentioned that strengthening cooperation in secret China is rooted in cultural cooperation. Exchanges between the two countries are not only about communication in the diplomatic, political and economic fields, but also between the two peoples' hearts and minds.
