結(jié)腸黏膜內(nèi)有杯狀細(xì)胞，可分泌堿性液體，保護(hù)結(jié)腸黏膜，潤(rùn)滑 
大便，以助排便。
結(jié)腸不產(chǎn)生酶，無(wú)消化作用，但有細(xì)菌消化作用。結(jié)腸內(nèi)有很多 
細(xì)菌，大腸桿菌占70%，厭氧桿菌占20%，此外還有鏈球菌、變形 
桿菌、葡萄球菌等，也有少量原生物與螺旋體。腸細(xì)菌對(duì)產(chǎn)生生 
理需要的物質(zhì)有重要作用。比如食物內(nèi)缺乏維生素時(shí)，[在]腸內(nèi) 
可根據(jù)人體的需要調(diào)節(jié)合成維生素，這些細(xì)菌消化纖維素，合成 
各種維生素。比如維生素k、維生素B1、維生素B2、維生素H、維 
生素B12等。比如長(zhǎng)期用抗生素，可導(dǎo)致維生素合成與吸收不良， 
引起維生素缺乏癥。結(jié)腸的血液供應(yīng)主要來(lái)自腸系膜上動(dòng)脈和腸 
系膜下動(dòng)脈。
(1)右半結(jié)腸的動(dòng)脈由腸系膜上動(dòng)脈而來(lái)，有結(jié)腸中動(dòng)脈、結(jié)腸右 
動(dòng)脈、回結(jié)腸動(dòng)脈。
①結(jié)腸中動(dòng)脈：在胰腺下方自腸系膜上動(dòng)脈分出，在橫結(jié)腸緣附 
近分出左右兩支，分布于橫結(jié)腸右三分之一，并分別與左、右結(jié) 
腸動(dòng)脈吻合。約有3%的人無(wú)結(jié)腸中動(dòng)脈，橫結(jié)腸由左、右結(jié)腸動(dòng) 
脈的分支供血；另有10%的人有副結(jié)腸中動(dòng)脈，發(fā)自腸系膜上動(dòng)脈 
的左側(cè)壁和腸系膜下動(dòng)脈，偏左側(cè)進(jìn)入橫結(jié)腸系膜內(nèi)，供應(yīng)橫結(jié) 
腸左半部及結(jié)腸脾曲的血液。
②結(jié)腸右動(dòng)脈：起自腸系膜上動(dòng)脈的中部，結(jié)腸中動(dòng)脈的稍下方(
