【流感知識】

流感嗜血桿菌是一種沒有運動力的革蘭氏陰性桿菌。它是于1892年由費佛博士在流行性感冒的瘟疫中發(fā)現。它一般都是好氧生物，但可以成長為兼性厭氧生物。
流感嗜血桿菌zui初被誤認為是流行性感冒的病因，但直至1933年，當發(fā)現流行性感冒的病毒性病原后，才消除了這種誤解。不過，流感嗜血桿菌仍會導致其他不同種類的病癥。

粘膜壞死脫落，形成淺 表潰瘍，蟲卵由此落入腸腔。臨床上出現腹痛、腹瀉、便血等癥 狀，糞便中可檢出蟲卵。至慢性期，輕度感染者，其腸壁結締組 織輕度增生，臨床上通常無癥狀。感染較重者，其病變較廣泛， 受累結腸明顯增厚，腸粘膜增生呈顆粒狀，甚至形成息肉；或粘 膜萎縮、粘膜皺襞消失。在增生與萎縮腸粘膜間，夾雜有污灰色 的淺小潰瘍。此外，尚可見小量灰黃色急性蟲卵結節(jié)。重癥慢性 血吸蟲病時，結腸壁因彌漫性纖維化而廣泛增厚，病變部位的腸 系膜也見纖維增厚，兩者一起形成腫塊。由于重復感染，雌蟲不 斷產卵，蟲卵分批沉積于腸壁，病變新老不一。在纖維增厚、慢 性潰瘍、息肉形成基礎上有發(fā)生癌變的可能。抗原是指一種能激 人或動物機體產生抗體或致敏淋巴細胞，并能與這些產物在體內 或體外發(fā)生特異性反應的物質?？乖幕灸芰κ敲庖咴院头?應原性。免疫原性又稱為抗原性，是指能夠激機體形成特異抗體 或致敏淋巴細胞的能力。反應原性是指能與由它激所產生的抗體 或致敏淋巴細胞發(fā)生特異性反應。具備免疫原性和反應原性兩種 能力的物質稱為*抗原，如病原體、異種動物血清等。

In severe chronic schistosomiasis, the wall of the colon thickens due to diffuse fibrosis, and the mesentery at the site of the lesion also shows thickening of the fibers, which together form a lump. As a result of repeated infections, females continue to lay eggs and eggs are deposited in batches in the intestine. The lesions vary in age from time to time. There may be cancer on the basis of thickened fibers, slow ulcers, and polyps. An antigen is a substance that stimulates the production of antibodies or sensitized lymphocytes by the human or animal body and can react specifically with these products in vivo or in vitro. The basic ability of an antigen is immunogenicity and allergenicity. Immunogenicity, also known as antigenicity, refers to the ability to stimulate the body to form specific antibodies or to sensitize lymphocytes. Reactogenicity means that it reacts specifically with antibodies or sensitized lymphocytes produced by it. The substances that have both immunogenic and reactive properties are called complete antigens, such as pathogens and xenogeneic animal serums.
