【儲存條件及有效期】

儲存條件：原包裝應(yīng)儲存于4～30℃避光干燥處，切忌冷凍。

有效期：24個月。

細(xì)菌發(fā)光現(xiàn)象對  理化因子反應(yīng)敏感，因此有人試圖利用發(fā)光細(xì)菌為檢驗(yàn)水  域污染狀況的指示菌。分布編輯海洋細(xì)菌分布廣、數(shù)量多  ，在海洋生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中起著特殊的作用。海洋中細(xì)菌數(shù)量分  布的規(guī)律是：近海區(qū)的細(xì)菌密度較大洋大，內(nèi)灣與河口內(nèi)  密度尤大；表層水和水底泥界面處細(xì)菌密度較深層水大，  一般底泥中較海水中大；不同類型的底質(zhì)間細(xì)菌密度差異  懸殊，一般泥土中高于沙土。大洋海水中細(xì)菌密度較小，  每毫升海水中有時分離不出1個細(xì)菌菌落,因此必須采用薄  膜過濾法:將一定體積的海水樣品用孔徑0.2微米的薄膜過  濾，使樣品中的細(xì)菌聚集在薄膜上，再采用直接顯微計數(shù)  法或培養(yǎng)法計數(shù)。大洋海水中細(xì)菌密度一般為每40毫升幾  個至幾十個。在海洋調(diào)查時常發(fā)現(xiàn)某一水層中細(xì)菌數(shù)量劇  增，這種微區(qū)分布現(xiàn)象主要決定于海水中有機(jī)物質(zhì)的分布  狀況。一般在赤潮之后往往伴隨著細(xì)菌數(shù)量增長的高峰。

On the other hand, direct microscopic counting or culture methods are used for counting. The density of bacteria in oceanic sea water is generally several to several tens per 40 ml. In marine surveys, it is often found that the number of bacteria in a certain water layer has increased dramatically. This micro-regional distribution is mainly determined by the distribution of organic substances in seawater. It is usually followed by a peak of bacterial growth after the red tide.
